Story of today:

I remember taking this image as it was yesterday. We drove up this winding road that would fit in a good car or motorcycle commercial. Suddenly i spotted this and knew i want this picture, i didn't only wanted it, i needed it. On the first occasion there was, i did park the car and grabbed the camera and tripod and walked back. A steep decent but i was determined to get this shot. High up the mountain it was cold too. But it all was worth it. I think its my best shot from 2008. It always did remind me at this shot i made in the alps a few years before.
